The last decade, 2010-2019 in the Gregorian calendar of which we’re familiar was also the year 5770-5779 on the Hebrew calendar. This period of time was referred to as the Ayin decade, with the word referring to the eyes, sight and revelation from God being revealed to us via our vision whether it was with our natural sight, dreams or visions.
The next decade, 2020-2029 or 5780-5789 is referred to as the Pey decade, with the word referring to expression via the mouth, word or voice. In other words, God is moving us from seeing to speaking, but we must be wise about how we speak regarding the things which we have not seen or have seen yet failed to understand, and we must also know when we need to remain silent. Going further, our speaking or Pey must come from the place of Ayin or revelation of God’s perspective so that we can move with clarity of vision.
